Deliver the Extras. As a Mini Bar Experience Curator, you play a key role in enhancing the in-room guest experience. From perfectly stocked selections to seamless service, you ensure every detail is in place to surprise and delight our guests. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in delivering behind-the-scenes excellence, this role is your stage. 🎯 Your Mission Ensure all mini bar offerings are fully stocked, accurately tracked, and presented to the highest standard—helping create a seamless and memorable in-room experience for every guest. 🎸 What You’ll Do

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic math skills and strong organizational habits
Comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
Familiar with hotel operations or eager to learn

Nice To Haves

Have experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
Are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy
Work well independently and as part of a team
Communicate clearly and professionally
Previous hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms daily
Ensure all products are fresh, properly displayed, and aligned with brand standards
Maintain accurate records of mini bar usage and inventory
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
Follow proper procedures for tracking, billing, and replenishment
Provide friendly and responsive service when interacting with guests
Address guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized mini bar storage area and equipment
Ensure all supplies are properly stored and easily accessible
Work closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to support smooth daily operations
Jump in where needed to support the overall guest experience
