About The Position

We are seeking a polished, professional, and attentive Private Bar / Mini Bar Attendant to deliver an exceptional Forbes Travel Guide-level experience within our luxury environment at Palm House. This role is integral to creating a seamless, personalized guest journey through the meticulous curation, presentation, and maintenance of in-room mini bars and private lounge offerings. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs with discretion and care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, bar service, or guest relations preferred (Forbes Travel Guide experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of beverages, including wines, spirits, and premium amenities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a service-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle guest requests with discretion, efficiency, and grace.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Curate, stock, replenish, and organize in-room mini bars and private lounge areas, ensuring all offerings are presented with precision, elegance, and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels daily and proactively communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure all products are fresh, properly labeled, and aligned with Palm House luxury standards.
• Serve beverages and light fare to guests in a courteous, refined, and discreet manner when required.
• Anticipate guest preferences by reviewing profiles and tailoring selections to enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately record, post, and manage mini bar consumption and guest requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all assigned areas.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of private lounge spaces for special occasions and VIP experiences.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure a cohesive service experience.
• Conduct routine quality checks to uphold consistency and excellence across all guest touchpoints.
