Position Title: Hourly - Mine Utility Helper Location: Green River, WY About the Pay Compensation and Benefit Package: Highly competitive and attractive pay package with entry level positions starting at a base hourly rate of $48.39, with an opportunity to secure jobs through an internal bidding process that pays up to an hourly rate of $59.68. Additional compensation can be earned through overtime opportunities that become available.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited educational institution.
  • One (1) year of experience in an industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Mining, chemical processing, or heavy manufacturing experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with the uses of various hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently or as a member of a team with or without direct supervision.
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in written format.
  • Follow instructions and adhere to directives.
  • Make necessary decisions to complete job tasks and problem solve.
  • Recognize and follow safety protocols and correct safety concerns.
  • Work with hourly and salaried employees, and train as necessary.
  • Safely apply chemicals for cleaning.
  • Work under varying environmental conditions.
  • Work on feet, climb stairs, work in confined spaces, and walk from various locations throughout the plants.
