About The Position

The 1st shift Machine Helper/Utility plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators and ensuring the smooth functioning of production equipment. This position is responsible for preparing materials, monitoring machine performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. The role requires close collaboration with the production team to maintain safety standards and optimize workflow efficiency. The Machine Helper/Utility contributes to quality control by identifying and reporting any irregularities or defects during the manufacturing process. Requirements

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare and supply raw materials or components to machines as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
