About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Millwrights for projects located in the Arbutus, MD area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes of failure Use diagnostic tools such as megohmmeters, meggers, laser alignment tools, multimeters, and micrometers Conduct repairs on low- and high-voltage systems as required Operate forklifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks Inspect, document, and report all maintenance activities and completed repairs Collaborate with team members to improve machinery performance and reliability Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, AC/DC motors, and industrial equipment
Proficiency with diagnostic and alignment tools
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Must have basic hand tools; specialty tools will be provided
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
Must pass motor vehicle records check, criminal background check, and drug test (federal, state, and local contract requirement)
Must hold a valid Driver's License
