MILLWRIGHT WANTED

York Building Products has been doing this for 85+ years. We’re family-owned, built on hard work, and we don’t slow down. We need a millwright who can weld, fabricate, and keep production equipment running when it counts.
This is not light-duty work. It’s for someone who knows industrial machinery and takes pride in fixing things right.

Requirements

• Proven millwright or industrial mechanic experience
• Experience in aggregates, ready-mix concrete, asphalt, or a heavy materials industry
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Conveyor and mechanical knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Physically capable of demanding work
• Dependable, safety-focused
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Install and repair industrial equipment
• Weld, torch, cut, and fabricate steel parts
• Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and drives
• Diagnose breakdowns and keep the plant moving
• Perform PMs: greasing, oil changes, cleanup
• Run hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Operate manlifts, telehandlers, skid loaders
• Work at heights and in all conditions
• Follow safety rules — every time
