Communicate and collaborate with management and fellow team members Attend all required health and safety and operations trainings as well as meetings Work in varying work environments and weather conditions

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a millwright
Willingness to travel for extended periods
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
Certified in industrial equipment operations (e.g., scissor lift, boom lift, forklift)
Comfortable working at heights up to 80 ft.
Proficiency in structural welding and rigging
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
