Requirements

• HSED or Diploma required
• Have a current Wisconsin or equivalent Industrial Millwright Card
• Have experience in, or recent technical training with, Automated systems, Pumps, Pipefitting, Roll alignment, Rigging, Hydraulic, Mechanical and Pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting the technology in their area of responsibility
• Works towards a Zero-breakdown & Zero-Stop-mentality
• Works to standards and assures the team works to it (Safety, Quality, CL, CILs… etc) and secure the availability of standard technical documentation
• Works securely with the expert maintenance tools (SAP-PM, SOP’S) and participate in high quality Root-Cause Analysis for technical- and process-problems
• Supports & suggests and implements improvements (e.g. Safety, Technology, Process) and assures legal compliance on maintenance works
