About The Position

In this role, you’ll get to know our manufacturing machines inside and out as you perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs. You’ll work with a variety of equipment including shafting, conveyors, speed-reduced assemblies, and more. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a fine attention to detail, and a passion for problem solving. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current state driver’s license
  • Limited Maintenance Electrician License (Marvin will pay for a license if you meet the training requirements met)
  • Welding certification
  • Ability to obtain a forklift operator’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Strong mathematical, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to frequently walk, kneel, stoop, and crouch

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • Dismantle, move, install, align, lubricate, and repair machinery and equipment
  • Construct foundations and fasten machines to the foundation or other surfaces using bolts, welds, and rivets
  • Perform lift truck preventive maintenance service and make necessary repairs
