About The Position

As a Millwork Quoting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by accurately and efficiently generating quotes for custom millwork projects. Your expertise in understanding blueprints, materials, and labor costs will be essential to providing competitive and profitable quotes.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural blueprints
Excellent math and analytical skills

Experience in estimating building materials is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotes, including itemized breakdowns and pricing
Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and expectations
Answer client inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, and project timelines with world-class hospitality
Maintain a deep understanding of millwork products, materials, and construction techniques
Quoting for special orders and stock products
Work with multiple component manufacturers to obtain quotes, place orders & review acknowledgments
Comfortable with Estimating and doing millwork takeoffs
Ensure that issues are addressed within 48 hours per the Team Blue "48 Hour Solution Resolution"
Answer client phone calls and assist walk-in clients with a smile!
As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
