About The Position

A high-end furniture and joinery specialist is seeking a talented Millwork Engineer to join its growing team. This role would be ideal for an experienced Cabinet Maker who has progressed into technical design and engineering, with proven AutoCAD skills . You’ll play a key part in bridging the gap between design and production – producing accurate technical drawings and solutions that enable bespoke millwork/joinery projects to be delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements

• Previous background as a Cabinet Maker (essential)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with experience producing joinery details
• Solid understanding of bespoke furniture/joinery construction and production processes
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Produce precise technical drawings and joinery details using AutoCAD
• Apply hands-on cabinet making knowledge to ensure designs are practical for manufacture
• Liaise with designers, project managers, and workshop teams to resolve technical challenges
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all project documentation
• Support the successful delivery of high-quality bespoke joinery projects
