Fuel your passion The Midstream Technical Manager supports the effective operation of the Centre of Excellence by delivering analytical, administrative, and governance expertise across the sales and commercial function. This role drives continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring consistent, high‑quality commercial delivery aligned with organizational standards. By enabling governance activities and providing actionable insights, the analyst helps strengthen performance, efficiency, and compliance across the global sales organization. As Midstream Technical Manager, you will be responsible for: Building long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities Identifying, coordinating, and collaborating with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers Develop, deliver, and lead business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team Manage the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representatives Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers Follow Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance To be successful in this role you will: Have experience in managing chemicals applications and tech support Have minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Oil and Gas Industry Have exposure to work on account management Have ability to manage day to day operations Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. Requirements
