About The Position

Infinity Natural Resources (NYSE: INR), is an oil and gas exploration and production company deeply rooted in the Appalachian Basin. Headquartered in Morgantown, WV, we are committed to responsible energy development, operational excellence, and strong environmental stewardship across our growing operations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment, a team dedicated to innovation and safety, and our strong connection to the Appalachian Basin, the region we proudly call home and operate within. We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility, taking ownership of the operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of critical production and processing equipment. As a key contributor to our expanding operations, you will balance technical expertise with a proactive mindset. You’ll work independently to execute standard operating tasks while remaining vigilant and ready to respond to abnormal conditions. Your mission is simple but vital: ensure our plant remains safe, efficient, and fully compliant every single day. Based out of our Quaker City field office, this field-based role provides critical operational oversight for compressor stations throughout Noble and Monroe Counties, OH. You will spend your time active in the field, ensuring our regional midstream assets operate safely and efficiently. As a key member of our Midstream team, you will be responsible for the reliable performance of our midstream assets. Your core focus will remain on safety, precision, and operational excellence.
