Our organization is currently seeking a Midmarket Analyst. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • Strong data analytics and reporting abilities
  • Ability to proactively identify risks or timing concerns
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to utilize business systems and tools with accuracy
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, customer support, or operational coordination
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems
  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Travel Required

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of upfit processes, OEM production cycles, or installation workflows preferred
  • Lean experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake, validation, and workflow coordination of all midmarket quote requests.
  • Maintain data accuracy across CRM systems, quoting tools, and internal workflow trackers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that reflect quoting performance, timing trends, distributor capacity, and midmarket pipeline health.
  • Provide the team with visibility into OEM timing, production schedules, ship-thru windows, and distributor lead times.
  • Identify patterns or indicators that signal a need to transition a customer to the A-level Fleet segment.
  • Support cross-functional planning sessions by providing accurate, timely data and workflow updates.
  • Coordinate communication between the Midmarket Team and Engineering, Operations, Road Redi, Install Coordination, Supply Chain, and Pricing.
  • Develop process improvements, templates, and tools that improve midmarket responsiveness and quoting velocity.
  • Track and organize distributor and RSM input on regional capabilities and install timing.
  • Provide the AE and Sales Engineer with accurate information required to support customer and FMC communication.
