About The Position

Our Organization is seeking a dedicated and skilled Middle School Special Education Teacher to join a collaborative and student-centered school team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting students as they strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and develop social-emotional resilience in an inclusive and supportive environment. In this role, you will provide direct instruction and individualized support to middle school students with a range of learning and behavioral needs. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), delivering targeted interventions in core subject areas, tracking student progress, and adjusting instructional strategies based on data. You will work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to ensure each student receives coordinated, effective support across all learning environments. The ideal candidate is an innovative and student-focused educator who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to fostering growth, independence, and success for every learner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
• Prior experience in a self-contained or specialized classroom is preferred.
