About The Position

Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We’re the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we’re accelerating. We’re looking for a Middle QA Engineer to help keep product quality stable as we ship and improve a lead marketplace for the American real estate market. In this role, you’ll own manual testing across new features and existing functionality, work closely with developers, support, and business analysts, and make sure issues are caught early, described clearly, and resolved fast.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in manual QA for web products
  • Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, bug lifecycle, and core QA documentation
  • Experience writing structured test cases, checklists, and detailed bug reports
  • Ability to independently investigate issues, prioritize testing work, and make sound decisions within clear business goals
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with developers, support, and business teams
  • Careful, reliable, and execution-focused approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • English at Intermediate+ level for reading tickets, documenting issues, and handling written communication in tools and support-related workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a product company or startup environment
  • Experience testing marketplace, lead generation, or other data-heavy platforms
  • Ukrainian language skills for smoother day-to-day communication with the team
  • Hands-on experience learning and applying new tools or technologies in QA workflows
  • Experience improving QA processes, reporting formats, or team documentation

Responsibilities

  • Test new features and existing product flows across web functionality to make sure releases are stable and meet business requirements
  • Create and maintain clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports so the team can move quickly and fix issues without confusion
  • Run regression, smoke, and functional testing before releases and after changes in critical product areas
  • Work closely with developers, support, and business analysts to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and verify fixes
  • Investigate defects, document expected versus actual results, and help the team understand risk and impact on users
  • Monitor product quality in day-to-day work, raise concerns early, and suggest practical improvements to testing processes
  • Take ownership of your testing scope, manage shifting priorities, and keep weekly progress visible to the team

Benefits

  • You’ll work at the core of a product-led, AI-powered startup where data drives every decision
  • Your work will ship fast and impact thousands of users
  • High autonomy, low bureaucracy: we trust you to own your domain
  • Remote-first culture with flexible hours and async-friendly communication
  • Salary (fixed base) ABOVE the market average
  • A smart, passionate team that moves fast, supports each other, and builds cool stuff
  • 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually
  • Paid access to courses, books, and growth resources
  • Real decision-making power and ownership of your results
