About The Position

We are looking for a Mid-Market Sales Representative to join our Direct Sales Team. This individual must be dynamic and driven to close both self-generated and inbound sales opportunities of GPS Insight's award-winning fleet and field software application. Top candidates must have a proven track record of solution selling and quota attainment in a SaaS environment, and must be comfortable selling multiple products in our fleet tracking, safety, compliance and field service management product portfolio. This position will be an inside sales in capacity in our Scottsdale office. include opportunity qualification, presenting product demos via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, delivering winning bids and negotiating business terms. Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a very competitive commission payment schedule.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in technology sales, data related software and/or cloud-based applications
  • Proven and established professional, consultative relationships with the client, up to and including business owners and executives for small business accounts achieved via developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
  • Track record of selling Business Value vs Product
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Relevant and timely competitor knowledge across current and targeted accounts to strategically position our offering effectively

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting and closing new sales opportunities for GPS Insight from both net new customers and the existing customer base as assigned
  • Work effectively with customers at all levels, with a focus on understanding the motivations of key decision makers and senior leadership
  • Effectively promote our software GPS solutions across multiple industries
  • Properly define the business requirements of GPS Insight prospective customers
  • Maintain an accurate record of results in our Salesforce.com database and accurately forecast your sales activities and pipeline
  • Strive to meet and exceed established goals, time lines and quotas
  • Work with the Account Management, Sales, Operations and Support teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Preferred experience in selling SaaS software solutions
  • Drive and determination to generate significant additional new business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
  • Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and internet navigation
  • Sales Force experience is a plus
