About The Position

Looking to take the next step in your 3PL sales career? At KCH Transportation, we’re hiring a Middle Market Sales Representative to focus on high-impact, mid-sized accounts ($250M–$500M in revenue). This is a true consultative sales role focused on solving complex supply chain challenges and driving long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in freight brokerage or 3PL sales
  • Proven ability to manage longer, more consultative sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, expedited, drayage, and intermodal solutions
  • A relationship-driven mindset with a focus on long-term growth
  • Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by results

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with mid-market companies facing complex supply chain challenges
  • Develop tailored, multimodal transportation solutions aligned to customer goals
  • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery through close
  • Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success
  • Manage pipeline activity and account strategy within CRM
