Protos is seeking a motivated Midmarket Sales Director to expand our customer base and achieve aggressive sales goals. To be successful in this role, you should have an excellent track record in selling high-level security personnel or a similar managed service using a strategic selling process. This is a hunter role. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and an expert networker. If you have previous experience in building a book of business, developing relationships, and the ability to drive revenue, then we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication and networking skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, your goal is to meet/exceed sales quotas, drive revenue, and become the industry leader in managing Off-Duty Law Enforcement programs within your region.
