About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for growing our client base in the single family and multi-family industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years proven success; experience in sale to the single family and/or multi-family industry preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Tableau, or comparable software
  • Experienced Hunter - Generating leads, making calls, sending emails, completing product demo’s and closing business
  • Creative-thinking with organized day-to-day work habits
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrates a positive and team player attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, “self-starter” environment
  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills – able to identify and propose solutions to technical and business issues
  • Ability to learn from & incorporate constructive feedback
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets by achieving key productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team by sharing ideas and process improvements, while working in a hybrid environment that requires being in the office 3 days a week. Regular attendance at in-office team meetings and training sessions is a component of the hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation through research, email campaigns, cold calling and networking.
  • Qualify leads to determine needs, timelines and priorities.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations – prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations virtually and in-person.
  • Attend conferences and in person industry events focused on building sales pipeline or engaging prospective and existing clients.
  • Address customer questions and objections effectively.
  • Industry and Product Knowledge – understand and communicate the features and benefits of the PetScreening platform.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, legislation, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our HubSpot CRM.
  • Attend and perform sales pipeline reviews and forecast.
  • Maintain updated account strategy and prospecting documentation.
  • Achieve or exceed annual quota.
  • Active update preparation and participation in all team and cross-functional meetings
  • Other duties as assigned by manager or designee
