General Summary: The Mid-Market Business Development Representative role is a part of the Global Sales team and is accountable for client satisfaction and all aspects of the total client relationship and experience with Mood as well as executing upon the company’s strategies and initiatives. This role is responsible for expanding Mood’s market share and revenue through multi-site sales. The Mid-Market BDR position secures net-new strategic mid-market accounts and drives significant expansion across Mood’s established portfolio through prospecting, negotiating and closing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for system-wide adoption.
