About The Position

The Mid-Level Supervisor at Butterfly Effects partners with families to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in school, home, and community settings, advancing goals prioritized by the family and BCBA. This role reports to a BCBA and involves collaboration with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases following the supervision model. The Mid-Level Supervisor coordinates and provides ABA services to exceed family expectations, contributing to the company's mission. Butterfly Effects, established in 2005, has served over 14,000 families, improving the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder through a family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach. Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 1+ years of ABA experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access

Nice To Haves

• Enrollment / Acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed) preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Partner with the family unit to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in the school, home, and community setting to advance the goals prioritized by the family and BCBA
• Collaborate with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model
• Coordinate and provide ABA services to exceed the expectations of the family unit
