About The Position

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to client's individual needs. Key Responsibilities As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting BCBAs by implementing medically necessary behavioral health treatments and conducting parent consultation sessions. Your responsibilities include assisting with case oversight, training and supervising RBTs in the field, and ensuring accurate data collection, session notes, and graphing during sessions. You'll collaborate with staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care while employing creative, research-based teaching strategies. Additionally, you'll inspire staff to engage with and learn more about behavior analysis, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Uber, Lyft or other ride sharing as transportation is not permitted - must be able to transport self to and from work)
  • Master's Degree in related field or enrollment in a graduate program (minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA program)
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results
  • Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
  • Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
  • Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
