About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the Air Dominance Quality team in St Louis, MO. Position Responsibilities: Works with Program’s Quality leadership for staffing needs and changes Updates/keeps current Adaptive Planning for quality staffing needs Monitors and tracks execution of the staffing plan and communicates status to all project participants. Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives. Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information and workforce levels) Develops executive level briefings. Leads the development and deployment of training content. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ of experience working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel and MS Project
  • 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating a report
  • 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders
  • Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to ever-changing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher
  • Experience managing Adaptive Planning database
  • Experience with implementing / monitoring training programs
