Mid-Level/Senior Attorney - Private Equity Debt Finance (Structured Finance)
About The Position
A top-rated law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with four or more years of legal experience to join their Private Equity Debt Finance (Structured Finance) – Mid-Level/Senior Associate practice. Specific experience to include representing borrowers and/or lenders in connection with asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations or warehouse loans. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiation of collateral documents, disclosure schedules, loan amendments, and other loan transaction documents. The position requires strong project management and drafting skills. Candidates should have comparable law firm experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
Requirements
- Four or more years of legal experience
