About you You are a skilled talent acquisition professional and confident headhunter, focused on identifying high‑performing Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) producers. You build strong relationships with Production Managers and thrive in an environment that requires speed, consistency, and clear communication. You’re proactive, adaptable, and energized by helping Colliers grow with top-tier DSF talent. In this role, you will… You will partner closely with Production Managers and DSF leadership, gaining a clear understanding of hiring needs and market priorities. You will engage passive and active candidates, effectively communicating Colliers’ value proposition and guiding them through the hiring process alongside your Production Managers. You will stay informed on DSF trends and competitive activity, sharing insights that help leaders make informed hiring decisions. You will build and maintain a pipeline of warm candidates through ongoing research, relationship management, and creative sourcing strategies. You will use Candidate Tracking Tools, Workday, and other internal resources to manage the administrative components of the hiring process and help leaders use these systems effectively. You will track your sourcing activity and outcomes to demonstrate impact and inform future strategy. What you’ll bring 5+ years of proven recruiting, sourcing, or candidate research experience; financial services, capital markets, or sales-focused recruitment background preferred. Strong experience engaging passive candidates and leading direct sourcing efforts. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong partnership and consulting skills with the ability to build credibility with leaders. Expertise with sourcing tools, social media (especially LinkedIn), and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred). Excellent communication, professionalism, and relationship‑building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to track key metrics and optimize workflow. Resourceful, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to balance tenacity and tact. #LI-EB1 #Hybrid Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $110,000 to $120,000 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements
