We’re looking for a hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation, including migration to a ServiceNow “Golden Instance.” This is an execution-focused role—ideal for someone who thrives in the details and can hit the ground running.

Requirements

• Proven OCM experience in large transformation programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution
• Experience with training and enablement (light to moderate)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder analysis and assess change impacts
• Support current vs. future state assessments and develop personas
• Build and execute change and communication plans
• Create communication materials and engagement strategies
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and define role-based training
• Develop training materials (job aids, quick reference guides)
• Track readiness, adoption metrics, and conduct surveys
