About The Position

Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly and Installation) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Mid-Level Manufacturing Engineer to support Airframe Production in Renton, Washington. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor. Primary Responsibilities: Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies. Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines. Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build. Leads and implements manufacturing plans. Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements. Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices. Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions. Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule. Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems. Implements lean principles and technologies. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• Experience working in an engineering discipline
• Experience working in a production and/ or manufacturing environment
• 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-level)

• Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
• Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $111,350 – $150,650
• This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
