About The Position

Visionist is seeking a Mid-Level Embedded Developer for a fully funded PRIME contract opportunity. The role requires an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph. Visionist's software developers are involved in reverse engineering and low-level development to identify vulnerabilities and create solutions across various devices and software. This mission supports a recent prime contract award, focusing on developing tools for user interaction. Visionist, a 100% employee-owned company with over 14 years of experience, specializes in solving complex software and analysis challenges for the Intelligence Community. Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
  • 10 years of experience in embedded development (8 years with a Master's degree)
  • Experience with low-level programming on Windows, Linux, or real-time operating systems (i.e. VxWorks, uC/OS, etc.)
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python
  • U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible)
  • Applicants selected will be required to obtain / maintain a government security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, debug, and test embedded software
  • Perform requirements analysis to drive requirement specifications
  • Participate in design reviews with team members and government stakeholders
  • Package embedded software products for release to government customers
