About The Position

Alpha Omega is searching for an experienced Mid-Level Data Loading Specialist to join one of our long-term Federal projects.

Requirements

• 5 years professional experience
• 3 years experience in data loading and litigation support
• Skills and experience with Casepoint, Recommind Axcelerate, NUIX, LAW, Concordance, or similar tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of computer system principles, automated data processing functions, and metadata structures to develop solutions to user requirements.
• Analyze user requests and translate them into dat field normalization and Bates numbering specifications.
• Load documents and data into litigation support software repositories.
• Troubleshoot data loading problems and handle exception documents.
• Decompress and extract documents from compound files.
• Convert native files into endorsed TIFF images using government approved tools.
• Follow data loading standards and workflow documentation.
• Export data and load overlay data into litigation support repositories and check for consistency.
• Create, perform quality control, and transmit electronic productions for third parties.
• Load digital audio files and metadata into audio searching tools.
• Convert financial statements, bank statements, phone records and other documents into spreadsheets and databases.
• Capture the content of web sites.
• With appropriate approval and tools, capture the content of social media sites. All capture work requires signed declarations based on SOPs.
• Provide input and diagrams for supporting technical documents.
• Analyze data and data structures for loading into data warehouses, databases and other tools.
