About The Position

Alpha Omega is searching for an experienced Data Loading Supervisor to join one of our long-term Federal projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of two or more staff responsible for processing and loading documents and data into large, complex systems. Analyze new and complex project issues and develop innovative solutions related to scheduling, technology, process improvements, tools, software scripts in PowerShell and/or Python, and workflow design. Review, map, and normalize metadata and database fields from diverse data sources. Provide business and system analysis, including developing long‑ and short‑range plans for system operations, maintenance, production activities, and resource support. Deliver oversight and training to staff, including remedial training when necessary. Monitor high‑priority requests and exceptions to standard workflows to ensure timely resolution. Apply domain knowledge in litigation support, electronic discovery (eDiscovery), processing, and production workflows. Conduct analysis of varied metadata sources—email, calendars, chats, text messages, phone logs, browser histories, Splunk logs, shared drives, file drives, and audio/video files—to support litigation, FOIA, and internal agency requests. Perform or support searches across common data repositories such as Outlook (M365), Veritas Vault, and eDiscovery Accelerator. Utilize expertise in eDiscovery processing, database field mapping, and data normalization to ensure consistent and accurate data production. Collaborate closely with project managers, program managers, government points of contact, and proposal teams. Manage multiple concurrent tasks and shifting priorities with strong organizational and time‑management skills. Demonstrate advanced analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Maintain intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Requirements

  • 10 years’ professional experience
  • 7 years litigation support experience
  • 3 years management/supervisory experience
  • 5 years’ Information Technology experience

Nice To Haves

  • Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS)
  • eDiscovery Review Platform Certification
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery workflows, QC standards, and the EDRM lifecycle
  • Hands‑on experience with eDiscovery processing tools and troubleshooting
  • Skill and experience with multiple e-discovery applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills under strict deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in M365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for issue escalation and stakeholder engagement
  • Previous experience supporting federal agencies or litigation support contracts.
  • Knowledge of SEC systems, workflows, or eDiscovery platforms.
