About The Position

Loading /Shipping Associate Day Shift: 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday Starting Wage: $21/HR Evening Shift: 4:00PM-2:30AM Monday-Thursday Starting Wage: $23/HR Occasional overtime and weekend shifts Are you ready to build your career with a growing company that is leading the garage door industry? We are looking for Loading/Shipping Associates to join our team. Summary: The primary function of this position is to safely and effectively work in a team of 3-4 following shipping instructions to hand load sections, track, hardware etc. into the appropriate trailers.

  • Have prompt and reliable attendance.
  • High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.

Responsibilities

  • Know all the products associated with an order.
  • Find correct orders and transfer to trailer staging area.
  • Pre-pull product (E.g., springs, track, struts, vinyl).
  • Use safe lifting/loading procedures to manually load product onto trailers.
  • Use hand/power tools when needed.
