About The Position

We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to support analytics and reporting across a complex education technology ecosystem. This role will help drive data-informed decision-making by building dashboards, developing insights, and ensuring data quality across integrated platforms and workflows. Role Overview As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze operational and student lifecycle data, create meaningful dashboards and reports, and support performance measurement across enterprise systems. You will use SQL and analytical tools to identify trends, support business processes, and improve outcomes through actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience performing data analysis and data visualization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be eligible for and capable of obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance
Must be currently residing in the United States
Must be willing to travel occasionally to Washington, DC for in-person meetings

Nice To Haves

Experience with BI and visualization tools such as: Power BI Tableau Excel
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in a statistical or analytical language such as: Python R
Experience working with complex datasets across multiple systems or platforms

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis to support operational reporting and strategic decision-making
Develop dashboards and visualizations for key performance metrics and stakeholder reporting
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
Support data quality efforts by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies in datasets
Translate stakeholder questions into clear analysis plans and reporting deliverables
Create recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and leadership needs
Document data definitions, reporting logic, and dashboard requirements
Collaborate with engineering and integration teams to support end-to-end data accuracy
