Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
5-7 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, preferably in an in-house setting.
Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience managing litigation and negotiating disputes.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support contract negotiations and resolve legal issues.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement and finance, to provide legal guidance.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
Manage and execute processes for resolving contract disputes and unpaid fees.
Provide legal support in various areas including litigation and employment law.
