About The Position

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the Mid Database Management Analyst position. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and high-performing team dedicated to mission success. The Mid Database Management Analyst will support Navy C4I programs by managing, optimizing, and securing critical databases that enable informed decision-making. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining relational database systems, ensuring data integrity and availability, developing reports and dashboards, and maintaining cybersecurity compliance across naval systems.

Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
10+ years of experience in IT, engineering, or management analysis
Demonstrated expertise in managing database systems and development environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization capabilities.
Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and senior leadership audiences
Master’s level degree in a related field

Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets related to Navy logistics, finance, and workforce operations to support data-driven decision-making
Manage and maintain databases supporting application tracking systems (e.g., DADMS, TWMS)
Develop and deliver technical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for senior leadership
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with DoD IT portfolio management and cybersecurity requirements
Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance, workflows, and business processes
Utilize Navy/DoD systems (e.g., ERP, DTS, PRT) to monitor metrics, budgets, and asset tracking
Serve as a central point of contact for data calls and support audit readiness and compliance efforts
