About The Position
Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity critical care team in Ocala, Florida. The MICU Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in alignment with professional nursing standards and departmental guidelines. Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Active Florida RN license or approved multistate compact RN license required
- Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience within the last 3 years
- BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS required within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage complex, critically ill patients
- Commitment to patient-centered outcomes and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- ICU or higher-acuity experience preferred
- Strong Med/Surg candidates considered
Benefits
- Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.
- $15,000 for Night shift
- $4.25 per hour for nights
- $3.00 per hour for weekends
