About The Position

Part Time Microtransit Reservations Specialist - Must Be Bilingua l in Spanish and English The Microtransit Reservations Specialist will report to the Lead Microtransit Operations Supervisor and is responsible for answering inbound call intake related to new Microtransit bookings, cancelations, ETA’s, and general questions. This position also assists with outbound call outreach to eligible Paratransit users in relation to adapting over to the Microtransit Services. Pay Range: $14.70-$17.00 per hour; no benefits Shift: 3pm–8pm (M–F)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• The Ideal candidate will have a minimum ( 1 ) years’ experience in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Speak fluently in English and Spanish.
• Work independently to perform a variety of functions while working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities to meet established deadlines.
• Demonstrate analytical skill and high level of discretion and judgement to support and inform decision making processes.
• Establish cooperative working relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external staff, both verbally and in writing.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound reservation bookings for Microtransit General Public callers who wish to book new rides.
• Assists with ETA calls.
• Assists with customer cancelations.
• Provides superior customer service at all times.
• Assists With Customer Comment Outreach.
• Assists With Ride Choice / Paratransit Outreach.
