The opportunity Our Government & Public Sector (GPS) Digital Engineering practice is helping organizations solve complex problems through purpose-led transformation. To achieve this mission, a diverse and talented team from around the globe are creating innovative digital experiences that help our clients succeed and thrive. Our practice combines an understanding of the public sector's diverse mission needs with private sector leading practices. We respond to each client's issues by bringing together highly skilled professionals across our Consulting, Assurance, Tax and Strategy and Transactions service lines. This integrated approach provides the support and flexibility to meet the unique requirements of our clients. You will join a talented group of professionals who are advising U.S. government agencies with digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture and program integration.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience coming up with solutions to problems
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Firm understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
  • Experience integrating with external systems
  • Experience in application integration and software development proficiency
  • Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
  • JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
  • Must be comfortable working in-person as needed
  • Candidates should be willing to travel 20 – 30% or more

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
  • Expertise in developing written and visual communication products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution deployments
  • Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design/configuration/customization experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
  • Utilizing JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Coaching and developing junior team members
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
  • Anticipate and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate
  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff; help create a positive learning culture
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
