Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric Azure Analytics Lakehouse Data Factory Power BI
• Solid understanding of HR colleague experience data and analytics
• Experience designing enterprise data platforms and futurestate architectures
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy considerations for employee data

Responsibilities

• Design the target data architecture using Microsoft Fabric OneLake Lakehouse Warehouse for Viva data sources
• Define ingestion and transformation patterns for data from Glint Pulse Forms and Viva Insights
• Build governed analyticsready datasets to support employee experience engagement and sentiment reporting
• Enable Power BI Fabric semantic models for insights and dashboards
• Ensure data security privacy and compliance for employee data
• Collaborate with HR Digital Workplace and IT teams to align analytics with Viva use cases
