The Role: Ludia Consulting is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect to join our growing team. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project and will be comfortable in all aspects of delivery. They must be capable of switching between supporting or leading customer-facing functional workshops; leading a group of functional consultants and business analysts; supporting technical roles including interface, data, and development teams; working with project and program managers to effectively report on progress, risks, and issues; liaising with both internal and customer senior stakeholders; and adjusting the approach and language as required for each interaction. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. This position combines a strong focus on consulting abilities with an equally important emphasis on client facing interpersonal skills. To achieve success, our consultants demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, define and lead team efforts and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.

Requirements

  • 8 – 10 years’ experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations
  • Must be Strong in PMA, Project Costing, Core Financials
  • Experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SC projects is required.
  • Solid Microsoft platform Software or IT experience, minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment preferred.
  • Extensive experience as a functional lead or SA working with the core Finance Modules as well as PMA, project costing and accounting.
  • Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process.
