About The Position

Crowe LLP is seeking a Microsoft Business Applications Customer Outcome Leader – Senior Manager to own and drive customer success across a portfolio of post-implementation client accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring measurable business outcomes, high-quality service delivery, and long-term value realization for our clients using Microsoft Business Applications. As a senior leader, you will operate at a portfolio level—partnering closely with Account Executives, Executive Sponsors, and global delivery teams to align client business goals with scalable, high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Business Applications consulting or managed services
  • Proven leadership in outcome-based, post-implementation delivery models
  • Experience managing complex client portfolios and global delivery teams
  • Strong executive-level communication, presence, and influence
  • Ability to connect business strategy to technology-enabled outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in a matrixed, client-facing environment

Responsibilities

  • Own outcome achievement and SLA performance across a portfolio of assigned post-implementation client accounts
  • Translate client business objectives into measurable outcomes, optimization roadmaps, and success metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, client satisfaction, and realized business value
  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 8–12 client accounts, including complex or high-impact engagements
  • Lead multiple cross-functional, global delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
  • Manage capacity planning, skills alignment, and delivery performance across accounts
  • Partner with Account Executives and Executive Sponsors to shape and execute customer outcome strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing strategic guidance and influencing decision-making
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, delivery capabilities, and outcome commitments
  • Enable growth within high-potential accounts by expanding realized outcomes and demonstrated value
  • Support solution and service expansion across the Microsoft Business Applications portfolio
  • Balance outcome achievement with scalable, efficient, and profitable delivery models
