Role Overview Quisitive is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Microsoft Alliance Leader to lead and elevate our strategic relationship with Microsoft across all geographies, industries, and solution areas (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365). This leader will be the primary driver of joint pipeline creation and revenue growth. The core focus of this role is to enable and guide Quisitive’s global sales teams in navigating the Microsoft ecosystem—identifying key relationships, initiating account introductions, and uncovering co-sell opportunities. This role works in close partnership with our Alliance Marketing Director, who leads the execution of partner programs, campaigns, and events with Microsoft. Together, they will drive alignment across Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to build and execute joint strategies that generate impact and scale. Travel requirement: up to 50% for executive meetings, field enablement, and partner events.
