About The Position
Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Specialist to help design, implement, and support our modern cloud-based productivity environment. This role focuses on guiding organizations through their transition from traditional on-premises infrastructure to a secure, scalable Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with migration tools and processes for AD/Exchange-to-cloud transitions.
- Strong understanding of identity management, security policies, and endpoint management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
- Set up, administer, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenants, including identity governance, conditional access, and authentication policies.
- Lead or support migrations from on-premises Active Directory and Exchange to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace stack.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design secure, efficient, user-friendly solutions that align with organizational needs.
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and operational procedures.
