About The Position
Essential Functions of Employment with DLO: Show up for work, on time & prepared each and every scheduled work day Perform all tasks and processes assigned to you including all tasks and processes you are fully qualified to perform and all tasks and processing that you may be over-qualified to perform Maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout each and every scheduled work day & work as a collaborative team member with your fellow teammates on a daily basis Data entry and answering phones. Process specimens for laboratory analysis. Process specimens for laboratory analysis. Plates specimens for microbiology testing. May perform initial phases of testing. Works alongside technologists assisting produce patient results. Sorting incoming specimens, prioritizing and immediately processing STAT and other critical tests. Must be able to work in two computer systems proficiently.
