About The Position

Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma- Oklahoma City, OK Day Shift (4-10 hour shifts) rotating weekends/holidays Essential Functions of Employment with DLO: Show up for work, on time & prepared each and every scheduled work day Perform all tasks and processes assigned to you including all tasks and processes that you are fully qualified to perform and all tasks and processing that you may be over-qualified to perform Maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout each and every scheduled work day & work as a collaborative team member with your fellow teammates on a daily basis Perform tests in microbiology and assist with specimen processing as needed. Follow employer policies, work with fellow employees in a professional, productive manner, and perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

General laboratory knowledge, including the ability to use computers.
Must have knowledge of QA and QC.
AS degree in Medical Lab Technology or BS in Medical Technology
Ability to maintain a professional courteous and pleasant attitude in times of heavy workload and stress.
Teamwork with fellow employees is a must.
Keyboard skills are important.
Good customer service skills, professional appearance and attitude.
Must work overtime or other shifts if required.
Able to work 10 hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.
