At this facility, we design, develop, and manufacture components used in medical devices such as Catheters , neurostimulators,. The assembler role is responsible for the day-to-day production of components used in our various medical devices. You will be a key member of a manufacturing team that is dedicated to safety, quality, continuous improvement and achieving production goals. Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
- May require vocational training and/or certification.
Responsibilities
- Ability to Cross Train across MICRA cells and willingness to be deployed where business needs
- Can load and Unload Assembly Equipment Material Handler (pacing)
- Able to meet the acceptable time standards for operations
- Actively involved in problem solving
- Verify settings at startup
- Perform finer assembly skills including microscopes
- Perform final inspections/testing
- Experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment
- Hands on, self-reliant, and strong attention to detail
- Team player with high personal motivation
- Work with minimal direction
- High awareness of the importance of quality and safety
- Excellent communication skills and a team focused work ethic
- Experience was fast production ramp-ups
- Basic-to-advanced computer literacy skills
