At this facility, we design, develop, and manufacture components used in medical devices such as Catheters , neurostimulators,. The assembler role is responsible for the day-to-day production of components used in our various medical devices. You will be a key member of a manufacturing team that is dedicated to safety, quality, continuous improvement and achieving production goals. Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
  • May require vocational training and/or certification.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to Cross Train across MICRA cells and willingness to be deployed where business needs
  • Can load and Unload Assembly Equipment Material Handler (pacing)
  • Able to meet the acceptable time standards for operations
  • Actively involved in problem solving
  • Verify settings at startup
  • Perform finer assembly skills including microscopes
  • Perform final inspections/testing
  • Experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment
  • Hands on, self-reliant, and strong attention to detail
  • Team player with high personal motivation
  • Work with minimal direction
  • High awareness of the importance of quality and safety
  • Excellent communication skills and a team focused work ethic
  • Experience was fast production ramp-ups
  • Basic-to-advanced computer literacy skills
