About The Position
The MHT Shift Lead functions as an active member of the treatment team, delivering direct care to clients in a manner that prioritizes safety, comfort, and a therapeutic environment. This role supervises clients on assigned shifts and modules, ensuring effective milieu management. The Shift Lead assists in coordinating and delivering services in line with the hospital's mission and vision while overseeing the overall operation of the treatment environment and providing guidance to staff to ensure the integrity and quality of care and programming.
