Position Summary The MHA Intern will support administrative and operational functions within the health system while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare leadership and management. This internship is designed for students currently enrolled in a Master of Health Administration (MHA) or related graduate program.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MHA or related graduate program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Interest in healthcare administration and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative and operational projects
  • Support data collection, reporting, and basic analysis
  • Participate in meetings and observe leadership workflows
  • Assist with process improvement and special projects as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership teams
