SUMMARY: Performs, under minimal supervision, routine and specialized testing on patient specimens to obtain information used in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. Fills out the daily shift assignments including breaks for all Phlebotomists. Co-ordinates peer training for new employees. Makes recommendations on skill assessments.
