The Manager of Vault Services will direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled Waterfront Vault personnel at multiple Document Control Points that are responsible for the receipt, record accountability, storage and distribution of Classified/Unclassified, Nuclear/Non-Nuclear, NORFORN/CUI supplemental documents and drawings in support of all contract hulls (CVN/CVNO and NSSN/SSN). The individual will be responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job including the correct processing of drawings and documents according to procedures and processes and support 1st shift drawing service support demands for the Trades, Engineering, QID and Business Partners. Oversee and administer the efficient operations of each Control Point by providing adequate staff, transport of materials, equipment and training to accomplish the required support for all Trades, Project Management and Engineering onsite and offsite as applicable. Adhere to program costs, budget and scheduling that affect the work performance on 1st shift. Communicate and provide timely feedback to peers across shifts, as well as, customers. Must be able to support any shift based on the business need.
